From Our Customers
“After getting competitive quotes myself, I referred a family member and she’ll be moving her insurances soon. Higher limits and lower premium as a bonus- it’s all about peace of mind. Thank you for “premium” service!”
When is it time to update my coverage?
Since insurance is about protecting the things important to you, you should reassess when you have significant events or changes in your life, such as new baby, home improvements, kids off to college, or a new job. If you’re running a business, your insurance needs change with new hires, seasonal inventories, expansions, or new product lines. Your IIS agent is your first stop in figuring out what kind of coverage changes are the most needed. We also generally assess coverage on a yearly basis to account for other types of changes.
Is IIS 24/7?
We’re here for you during business hours and beyond. We know that most people no longer work a traditional 9-5 schedule, especially business owners, but that insurance needs can go around the clock. Our smartphone app and online portals allow you to apply for changes, print out certificates, add drivers and more – all on your schedule.
What are some insurance considerations for my business?
Business and commercial insurance needs vary widely, so there is no one answer. But generally businesses need: general liability for performance of services (especially healthcare professionals); if producing goods or products, product liability; general property coverage (fire, theft, etc.); automobile policies if you use cars or other vehicles; and coverage for business interruptions. If you have employees, then you have a host of additional items to consider from workman’s comp to health insurance and other benefits. IIS can assess your situation and recommend the best coverage and strategies to protect your business – large or small.
